AA Hire manufacture hire and sell portable buildings and Site Accommodation from our Brisbane factory. Our ethos is to provide high quality service on time on site and on budget with no hidden extras.
Our Hire fleet
We have a range of standard buildings each fully equipped and ready to go. Lock Shrouds on the doors and Security bars on windows are standard on hire buildings and our air conditioners are all the same; so no messing on site with old and obscure brands that are noisy. We simply take the old one out and replace with new.
Furniture
Wherever possible we provide modular furniture that comes with replaceable parts so that you only pay for the damaged part and not the entire desk and which ensures higher quality.
We supply magnetic white boards and pin boards well as magnetic strips so you don’t have drill holes in our building, which we would normally charge for as damage. We also have a range of magnetic safety signs.
Damage waiver
We automatically charge damage waiver for your peace of mind however should you not wish to pay all that we ask that you show proof that the building is insured and we will not charge for this service.
Ablutions and toilets
All our ablutions and toilets are on a raised chassis and waste and inlet pipes are manifolded to one point, which saves you money on site connection charges
Invoicing
On longer term projects we can issue equal monthly customer friendly invoices so that you are not spending time checking for hire over-charges each month. We then issue a balancing invoice at the end of the project.

We offer a range of services depending on the level of commitment from both sides. If you want to hire on an ad hoc basis than we can do that or alternatively if you want us to help manage your site accommodation we can tailor management packages to suit your requirements.
